Sara and Nirmal offer teaching and discussion on yoga philosophy, followed by a yogic experience of vibration as sound. We’ll practice some kirtan and then be bathed by Nirmal’s Sound Journey musical offering.
We’ll have some refreshments and time to just been community with each other afterward, for those who wish to stay.

Continuing Ed for Teachers
This two-hour workshop for Yoga Teachers and Teachers-in-Training offers support and expertise in various subjects of the art and science of teaching yoga. This will be a monthly workshop with varying themes and topics each month. Each workshop will have a didactic portion, an experiential component, as well as a practicum element where teachers teach each other the skills we are focusing on in each particular monthly teaching.

This 60-minute yoga flow will focus on calming, grounding, and heart-opening postures that will help you meet yourself where you are, (re)connect with the energy of gratitude, and foster a sense of inner peace that you can carry with you whether you are traveling, hosting, spending time with chosen family, planning a cozy day at home, or otherwise.

It is the festival of light, celebrating and honoring the great myths and stories of the victory of light and wisdom over ignorance and evil. It is a time of storytelling, coming together, creativity, and peace. Join Rani for an afternoon of learning, creating, and joy. You’ll learn about the diya-s, clay lamps, and make one to take home! And you’ll collaborate in making a traditional and resplendent flower kolam / rangoli, mandalic design of flowers. We’ll have some flowers available, and feel free to bring some to add as well (not required tho!) Perfect for adults and children alike.
