Meditation Activation for Peace & World Harmony

As our yoga practice deepens, the heart of compassion awakens and grows. As our hearts go out to those suffering in hurricane stricken areas and overseas in battle torn areas, we are often drawn to come together to do something positive for those in need.

Let us come together to engage in a powerful practice that activates the energy of peace, awakened wisdom, and radiant compassion. We gather in practice to coalesce our intentions for peace and the highest good.

We’ll be practicing the Sat Yuga Saṇkalpa Maṇḍala, a Tantric practice that includes story, mantra and meditation, to hasten peace and the healing. Please join us for this moving and transformational practice. No previous meditation practice needed.

You can use your class card, a drop-in class, or the workshop pass for this event. Proceeds  from this gathering will go to World Central Kitchen, feeding those in need here in the US and around the world.
