Have you ever wondered what it would be like to start each day with meditation and yoga? Experience this yourself with just 45 minutes in your morning routine from the comfort of your home.

Centering, breathing consciously, movement, and meditation. A bit of each, and experience how the combination of these yogic elements can open up a sense of grounding, ease, and joy for your whole day.

Monday - Thursday weeks experience what yoga first thing in the morning consistently can do. We’ll begin at 7:45am and retreat into a morning practice of japa, pranayama, asana, and meditation and springboard into a radiant day.
