Movement & Steadiness
Yoga invites us into paradox. We move our bodies and curiously find a sense of calm and steadiness. We sit quietly and can perceive the dynamic vibration of stillness. We get quiet enough to be able hear our own inner voice and deep knowing. We find steadiness which provides the platform for soaring and exploring. We glide and engage and flow and uncover rivers of depth and nuance and subtlety. Our individual experience can open the door to remember our vast connection to all life. Apparent opposites, yet simultaneous without contradiction.
